In large sauce pan over medium high heat, melt
chocolate, heavy cream and coconut oil, stirring
until fully melted and smooth.

In small bowl, combine hot water, instant
coffee/espresso and vanilla extract and mix to
fully dissolve coffee into liquid. Add to
chocolate/cream mixture in sauce pan.
|
|
|
Stir constantly until mixture combines to smooth
consistency.
|
|
|
Serve hot and keep warm on burner or in fondue pot
with warmer. Dip away!

|
Skewer fresh fruit like strawberries, clementine segments, and banana pieces. Skewer angel food or pound cake cubes and dip pretzels and potato chips.
