Ingredients
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsps. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. Crisco
1 egg yolk plus cold water to fill 1/2 c. cold water to fill 1/2 c, measuring cup
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and separate into 2 balls. Roll out one for the bottom crust and add your filling, then top with the other rolled-out crust. Bake at the time and temperature for your favorite pie.
