     Vegetarian Meatballs

Ingredients
1 package Lean vegetarian beef substitute
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup soy milk
2 tablespoons minced onion
3/4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Mash together all ingredients and shape into balls about 1 1/2 inches round.
Bake until lightly golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
