Mix all ingredients together until coarse crumbs form.
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter together; add egg. Mix well; set aside In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla; fold in blueberries. Fill 12 greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with streusel mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
