     Honey Walnut Shrimp

Ingredients
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnut halves
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp honey
1 1/2 tsp condensed milk
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
 
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Heat water in small saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil. Add sugar and stir constantly, until golden and thickened. Add walnuts and gently toss to combine. Transfer to parchment.
Whisk together mayo, honey and condensed milk. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Dip shrimp in egg then dredge in cornstarch. Fry shrimp 8-10 at a time, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Combine shrimp and honey mixture in large bowl. Top with walnuts.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over rice and broccoli
