     Parmesan Chicken in Wine

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless chick breasts
1/2 cup flour
2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 pound fresh mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 fresh lemon
1/2 cup chablis wine
 
2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into serving pieces. Put flour in one bowl, egg in the second bowl, and a mix of cheese, garlic powder, and parsley in the third bowl. Dip chicken into flour, egg, and then mix.
Melt 1 stick of butter in frying pan. Fry both sides of chicken until slightly brown. Remove and place in 9x13 glass baking dish.
Add sliced mushrooms to dippings in fry pan and brown. Add 1/2 cup white wine and juice of lemon. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour mix over chicken. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
