     Mom's Pecan Pie

Servings   2 pies

Ingredients
5 large eggs
1 stick of butter
2 heaping tablespoons of flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups of pecan halves
2 cups dark Karo syrup
 

Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, syrup and melted butter. Add beaten eggs, pecans and vanilla. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crust shells. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when stuck in the center.
