1 lb. bag of frozen Green Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower, or Brussels Sprouts
|

1 tablespoon olive oil, or oil your choice
|

Salt,pepper, and garlic powder to taste
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
|
|
|
Toss frozen vegetables in olive and season to
taste with salt, pepper and/or garlic powder.
|
|
|
Spread evenly on a baking sheet breaking apart
any pieces stuck together.
|
|
|
Place in oven and roast for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally to
ensure even browning. Roast until vegetables reach the desired
brownness.
