     Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 can cream of chicken
2 cans condensed cream of celery
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
2 15 oz cans chicken broth
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup picante salsa (Pace)
1 can green chilies
1 medium onion, chopped
 
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 cooked chicken breasts, cut
10 flour tortillas
1/2 lb colby jack cheese

Instructions
In large stockpot, mix together all 8 cans of soup. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, salsa, green chilies, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour.
Add cilantro and chicken and simmer for another hour.
Cut tortillas into strips and fry in oil. Serve on top of soup.
