Ingredients
1 lb grd pork
1 egg
2 lb grd beef
2 cans chicken broth
2 t salt
2 t cornstarch
2 tsp sugar
1 TBLSP soy sauce
cooking wine and garlic pwd to taste
 
1 pkg wonton wrappers (small squares)
Cooking oil...for deep fat fryer

Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl take a wonton wrapper, put a tsp of meat mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper like a diaper, and moisten the edges to seal. I fill a cookie sheet and chill and then when they are all done I start frying.
heat the oil to 300 degrees and deep fat fry til golden brown. Drain...can reheat for 15 minutes at 300.
