     Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
2 c sugar
1 c light corn syrup
1/2 c water
1/2 c margarine
2 c peanuts
1 tsp soda
 

Instructions
Heat & stir sugar, syrup & water until sugar dissolves. When mixture boils, blend in butter. Stir often. After 275 degrees, add peanuts.Stir constantly until hard crack forms at 305 degrees. Remove from heat, stir in soda, mix well. Pour onto greased cookie sheets. Loosen from pans as soon as it starts to cool.
