8 oz cream cheese, 1 box powdered sugar 1.2 c butter 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients...sugar and oil eggs first then add the dry ingredients mix well and add the carrots
Bake at 350 40-45 minutes in 9x12 pan cool and make frosting spread over the top of cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
