mix shortening, sugar, eggs, bananas and oatmeal nuts. then add the dry ingredients. Drop by tsp to baking sheet and Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. cool and frost. Blend the butter and sugar and then a drop at a time add the hot water...otherwise you will keep adding the powdered sugar. So so so good
