     Ham Balls

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground ham
1 1/2 lb ground pork
1 egg
1 c coarsely crumbled graham crackers
3/4 c milk
Sauce-
1 1/2 c tomato sauce
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
 
1/2 tsp mustard

Instructions
mix meat mixture and make balls about the size of a walnut or a little bigger. put in a cake pan in lines. Pour the sauce over the top and bake 2 hrs at 350 ...don't burn them. I usually make 1.5 recipes of the sauce. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch if you want it thicker.
