     Swedish Creme

Ingredients
2 C. heavy whipping cream
1 C. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 t. vanilla extract
1 t. almond extract
2 C. sour cream
Fresh or frozen berries (or topping of choice)
 

Instructions
In a large saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on whipping cream to soften, add sugar.
Stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Do not boil. Remove from heat, stir in extracts.
Cool 10 minutes. Whisk in sour cream.
Pour into dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least one hour. Spoon berries or topping over cream and serve.
