2/3 C. Coconut Flakes
1/2 C. Mini Choc. Chips
1 C. Dry Oatmeal
1/3 C. Honey
1/2 C. Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Almonds, ground

Toast coconut under broiler, until golden brown. Let cool.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
Shape into small balls (slightly smaller than a golf ball). Put into a ziplock bag or jar, store in the fridge.
