1 1/4 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS OR 9 - 2 1/4 IN BY 4 3/4 IN CRACKERS
2 TBSP SUGAR
5 TBSP BUTTER
1 4 OZ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
4 LARGE EGG YOLKS
1/2 CUP PLUS 2 TBSP FRESH KEY LIME JUICE
Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. STIR TOGETHER GRAHAM CRACKER
CRUMBS, SUGAR AND BUTTER IN BOWL WITH FORK UNTIL
COMBINED WELL THEN PRESS MIXTURE INTO 9 INCH GLASS
PIE PLATE. BAKE CRUST IN MIDDLE OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES
AND COOL
WHISK TOGETHER CONDENSED MILK AND YOLKS IN A BOWL.
ADD JUICE AND MIX WELL. POUR FILLING INTO COMPLETELY
COOLED PIE DISH. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 350. LET
COOL THEN CHILL FOR 8 HOURS.
