     Chile-Rubbed Flat-Iron Steak

Ingredients
2 T. brown sugar
2 t. oil
1 t. chipotle chilli powder
1 t. ground cumin
3/4 t. kosher salt
1 lb flat-iron steak, trimmed
 

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine first 5 ingredients into small bowl. Rub sugar mixture evenly over steak; let stand 10 minutes. Place steak on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; cook four minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
