Ingredients
1 can (14.75 oz) Chicken of the SeaTraditional Style Pink Salmon
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely cut onions
3 tblsp mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp fresh squeesed lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
 

Instructions
Drain and flake pink salmon in a medium bowl. Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonaise, egg, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic salt; blend well. Shape into 8 burgers (salmon mixture will be moist). In a large skillet, heat 1-2 tbls oil and cook over medium heat until both sides are brown and heated through.
