Preheat oven to 450
Cut carrots in half lengthwise and crosswise to end up with 8
small sticks from each carrot.
In a mixing bowl combine carrot sticks , olive oil and
remaining spices until evenly coated. Dump carrots on lined
baking sheet and spread them out evenly. Bake 20 minutes
until carrots are tender and browned.
