     Upside Down Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Cream
1 1/2 c sugar
2 T butter
Mix and put in greased pan
1 c milk
2 c bread flour
1/2 t salt
2 t baking powder
3 t cocoa
 
Over this sprinkle
1/2 c nuts
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c cocoa
Instructions
Over this pour 2 1/4 c boiling water, bake at 350 for 60 minutes cool in pan and serve with ice cream or whipped topping
