     Candy, Chocolate Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2 pounds peanuts
either dry roasted salted or cocktail
4 oz German Sweet Chocolate, about 4 squares
1 12 oz package semi sweet chocolate chips, about 2 cups
2 1/2 pounds white almond bark
We only use 1 package, a little over 1 pound
 

Instructions
Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4 qt slow cooker. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, starting with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips and followed by the almond bark. Set the temperature on warm and leave alone for 3 hours. Do not stir. After 3 hours, stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy in mini cupcake liners. About 2 tablespoons. or you can drop on parchment lined cookie sheets.
The original recipe calls for 2 1/2 pounds of almond bark. We like it with one. The recipe also said cook on low, warm was sufficient.
