     Chicken, Roasted Garlic and Bell Pepper

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
cut in one inch chunks
1 Tablespoon flour
2 Tablespoons Tuscan Season from Alison's Pantry
1 T oil
1/2 cup sliced red pepper
1 cup cream
1 Tablespoon Tuscan Season from Alison's Pantry
 

Instructions
Toss chicken in flour and seasoning mix. Cook with peppers in 1 T oil. I used olive oil and added a little butter too. Cook for about 4 minutes or until chicken is just done. Add cream with one more Tablespoon seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
I'd like more sauce. We served over fresh angel hair pasta.
