     Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients
Mix Together
4 c diced apples
2 c sugar
Add
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs beaten
1 c nuts
2 t vanilla
Stir together and then add to remainder
 
2 c flour
2 t cinnamon
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
Instructions
Bake in Bundt pan or 9x13 pan at 350 for 1 hour or until testing knife is clean. Frost with cream cheese or butter frosting
