     Healthier Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 T olive oil
1/4 c tomato sauce
2 T red wine vinegar
2 T chopped fresh basil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper
2 lbs fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
skewers
 

Instructions
Stir garlic, olive oil, chili sauce and red wine vinegar in a large bowl. Add shrimp and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour stirring once or twice. Cook shrimp on preheated grill 2-3 minutes on each side
