Ingredients
100g glass noodles
6 minced garlic cloves
2 eggs
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
300 gm any meat
3 tsp sugar
2 de-seeded tomatos
 
2/3 cup carrot
1 cup cabbage or other veggies
spring onions

Instructions
marinate the meat in 4 tsp soya sauce. soak the noodles in water and prepare the veggies. add oil to pan followed by garlic, onions and meat. when half done add eggs and coat it.
add hard veggies and half the sauces. add noodles and remaining sauce with sugar. finally add tomatoes and spring onions.
