Green Lemon Grass Iced Sun Tea

Category   Beverages
Sub Category   None
Servings   22

Ingredients
3/4 gallon water plus 4 Cups
5 green tea bags
1/2 cup fresh lemon grass (no whites)
Sugar or sweetener to taste
ice

Instructions
Fill gallon Sun Tea container 3/4 full. Place tea bags in container, cover and set out in the sun to brew. Depending on the weather, this should take maybe a half an hour depending on how dark you like your green tea.
Meanwhile, bring the 4 cups of water to boil. Add the lemon grass. Drop to a simmer for 5 minutes, uncovered.
When sun tea is done brewing, bring inside, discard tea bags and add in the lemongrass tea through a strainer. Stir to combine and add sugar or sweetener to taste. Add ice to fill.
