     Creole Sauce for Steaks

Ingredients
1 lb. MARGARINE
1/8 CUP RED VINEGAR
1/4 CUP LIME JUICE
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC
1 tsp. SALT
1 tsp. BLACK PEPPER
 

Instructions
Melt margarine and saute onions add rest of ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool in refrigerator. As sauce cools, stir every once in a while to keep ingredients thoroughly mixed.
Spoon on top of steak while cooking also add small amount before serving.
