     Creamed SPpinach

Ingredients
3 lb. CHOPPED SPINACH
1 CUP CANNED EVAPORATED MILK
1 TBS. BEEF BASE
1/2 tsp. PEPPER
1/8 tsp. SALT
1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 tsp. LIME JUICE
1 tsp. WHITE WINE
SPRINKLE OF NUTMEG
 
Instructions
Cook and drain spinach. Saute onion add lime juice and onion to spinach and mix. add rest of ingredients and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
