Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan.
In large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder,
baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, avocado, water,
vinegar and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
Whisk sugar and stevia into wet mix.
Add wet mix to flour mixture all at once. Beat with a whisk (by
hand) until smooth.
Pour batter into greased tube pan. Bake 35-45 minutes or
until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cake cool in pan 15 minutes. Turn cake out onto cooking
rack. Frost with sugar free frosting.
