3 ripe, slightly firm, avocados, halved, and pits removed
3 small oranges, cut to supremes/segments, then small chopped
1/8 c fresh orange juice
1/4 c red onion, minced
2T fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Peruvian Lime Seasoning
1 tsp. Chipotle powder
Instructions
In small bowl, combine minced red onion with orange
juice and allow to sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
In small mixing bowl, scoop out avocado flesh to
add to bowl and combine the red onion/juice mixture
with cilantro, salt, and Chipotle powder and Peruvian Lime seasoning.
Using fork, mash to chunky consistency.
Add in chopped orange supremes/segments and fold to
evenly distribute.
If not serving immediately, cover tightly with
plastic wrap and refrigerate. Best served within 12
hours.

Suggestions
Serve as dip with tortilla chips or crudite, or serve as condiment with Latin food.
