     Wedding Brunch Potatoes

Ingredients
4 strips bacon
2 lbs. shredded hash browns
butter
1 small onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cheese
2 c. corn flakes
3 T. melted butter
 

Instructions
Cook bacon; crumble. Saute onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle cornflakes and butter on top. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
