     GF Grilled Oysters

Ingredients
½ pound butter
6 garlic cloves, rasped
1 tsp. hot sauce
¼ tsp. smoked paprika
¼ tsp Worcestershire - Lea & Perrins
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ cup unseasoned bread crumbs gluten free
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs gluten free
 
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Combine the first 5 ingredients and cook over low heat just until the butter is melted. Wait 5 minutes then add parsley, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix-together the two types of bread crumbs. Open oysters leaving on half shell. Do not cut them away from the shell.
Grill at 500 degrees. Ladle 1 tbsp. of butter sauce on oyster. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mix and parmesan over sauce. Cook until juice has evaporated and cheese and breadcrumbs begin to brown.
