Combine broth and beans, garlic and onion in crockpot. Cook on high until beans are tender (5-8 hours) adding more water if necessary. Cook chicken in a skillet with oil. Add to crockpot with chilies and seasonings. Cook for one more hour (again, add more water if necessary). Serve with corn chips, cheese, green onions, sour cream, etc.
