Whisk together pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip, lime juice and zest.

Layer the bottom of an 8x8 dish with aluminum foil. Add a layer of graham crackers in bottom of dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top. Add another layer of graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture followed by a final layer of graham crackers.

Icing- Mix butter, milk, lime juice and 1 cup of the powdered sugar with an electric mixer until blended. Add the remaining cup of powdered sugar and mix with the electric mixer until blended. Spread the icing on top of the final layer of graham crackers.

Cover with aluminum foil. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours. Remove from freezer and lift the cake out of the dish with the aluminum foil. Cut into squares while frozen. Return to the dish and thaw slightly in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
