12 sticks Mozzarella Cheese (Sargento)

1 large Egg, beaten

2 Tbsp Flour
|

5 Tbsp Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs

5 Tbsp Panko Crumbs

2 tsp Parmesan Cheese
|

1 Tbsp Dried Parsley

Instructions |

|
|
Cut cheese sticks in half and freeze. Whisk egg
and place flour in dish. Combine bread crumbs,
panko, parmesan and parsley.

|
|
Dip cheese in flour, egg then coat in crumbs.
Place on wax paper then freeze at least 1 hour.

|
|
|
Preheat oven to 400. Line sheet with foil and
spray with oil. Place sticks on foil and spray.
Bake on the bottom shelf of oven 5-10 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Turn and bake an additional 4-5 minutes.
|
