     Habichuelas Rosado y Arroz Blanco

Ingredients
Pink beans
1 sazon packet
Salchichas
1 potato
1 can of tomato sauce
sofrito
recaito
1 3/4 cup of rice
oil
 
salt
2 cups of water

Instructions
White Rice- Coat bottom of pot with oil. 1 min heat. Pour 1 3/4 cup of rice. Pour 2 cups of water. Add teaspoon of salt. Let rice boil. Then cover. Lower flame. Don't scrap bottom of pot. 25 minute slow cook.
Habichuelas Rosado- Turn stove on. Add oil. Add ham. - Add 2 spoons sofrito. Add 2 spoons recaito. Add olives. 2 minutes cook. Add tomato sauce. Add pink beans with juice. Add sazon. Add salt. Add potatoes. Cover beans. Lower fire. Let it cook.
