First, remove the Melon dish with a Knife, so that your Melon looks
like a cylinder and there is no ''green'' anymore.
Next, mix the mascapone with the cream and put it on the Melon,
so that you cannot see the melon anymore.
After that, Cut your Lemon into slices and wash you cherrys,
raspberrys, blueberrys and the fruits you want to use. Decorate the
Meloncake with the fruits. Be creative -)
Last but not least, put the Meloncake into the fridge for one day
and enjoy it -)
