Ingredients
@Soy sauce 120ml
@mirin 120ml
@sake 100ml
@sugar 4tbs
@dashi a bit
@water 400ml
oil(beef far recommended)
napa cabbage 1/4
spring onion(bigger is better) 2
 
thin sliced beef 500g
carrot 1
tofu(hard) 1
mushroom(shitake, enoki,,,,) 1 package
Hot pot(if you have)
5 eggs
rice or udon(for )

Instructions
1. Put all of @ into a small pot and heat it up until it's boiled. Let's stop the fire after it's boiled
2. Fry beef and spring onion in a hot pot until the beef starts to become brown
3. Let's put everything (except udon or rice) in the hot pot! Once carrot is cooked it's done. Enjoy with raw eggs!
4. put udon or rice after eating beef and vegetable
