     Meatballs - Yummy

Ingredients
lg onion
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup couscous
1/2 cup parm cheese
1/2 cup ricotta
2 eggs
 
2 garlic grated
2lb lean ground beef
Instructions
Saute finely chopped onion in olive oil until soft.
combine Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and sage in 1/2 cup milk and set aside.
Mix together beef, couscous, parm, ricotta, eggs, garlic, 2 tsp salt, onions and milk mixture. Mix. Bake at 425 10-15 minutes. Add to sauce to finish cooking.
