1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 
Instructions
pour water into pan and place corned beef inside
sprinkle on brown sugar and balsamic vinegar
cover tightly and bake at 400 degrees for 3 hours.
slice when cool
