Bake pie crust according to package
instructions. Let cool. Mix 8 oz softened cream
cheese with 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Spread
cream cheese-sugar mixture evenly over baked
pie crust covering sides and bottom. Make glaze
for pie in a small saucepan. Combine 2 cups of
crushed fresh berries with lemon juice,
cornstarch and sugar.Cook the glaze ingredients
over medium heat stirring so it doesn’t burn.
When it boils and thickens remove from the heat
to cool for a few minutes.
