     PECAN SPINWHEELS BREAD PUDDING

8 PECAN SPINWHEELS
3/4 C. MILK
1/3 C. BROWN SUGAR
1TSP. VANILLA
1 TB. MELTED BUTTER
1/8 TSP. SALT
1/3 C. RAISINS
1/3 C. DRIED CRANBERRIES
1/8 TSP. NUTMEG
 
1/8 TSP. CINNAMON
2 EGGS

Instructions
PREHEAT TO 350F. LINE 12 MUFFFIN CUPS WITH PAPER LINERS OR GREASE CUPS. COMBINE MILK, EGGS, SUGAR, VANILLA, SALT, NUTMEG AND CINNAMON IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX WELL. CUT SPINWHEELS INTO QUARTERS AND ADD TO MIXTURE, ADD RAISINS AND CRANBERRIES. LET STAND FOR 15 MINUTES TO SOAK UP LIQUID. SPOON MIXTURE INTO CUPS AND DRIZZLE WITH BUTTER. BAKE FOR 30-35 MINUTES. COOOL COMPLETELY.
