Pound the chicken pieces until 1/4 inches thick. Mix together cream cheese, onions, and shredded cheese. Spread the mixture into the middle of each piece of chicken. Starting at the long side, roll the chicken breast up, cheese mix in the middle of chicken. Wrap 1 or 2 slices of bacon around the chicken breast, secure with toothpick. Place on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Then broil (or turn up the heat to 475 degrees) for 5 minutes so the bacon gets crispy. Turn each piece over and broil for another 3 minutes.
