Mold ground beef around a beer can. Wrap bacon around the beef. Set in fridge for one hour. Mix three types of cheese- shredded Monterey Jack, cream cheese, cubed cheddar and diced jalapenos in a bowl. Mix together with spoon. Wrap bacon around raw onion rings. Place burgers on grill and fill center with the cheese mix. Grill 15 minutes over medium heat. Set the onion rings on top. Grill 25 more minutes over medium heat. Assemble the burger and enjoy
