6 apples (the grey ones are good, but it's ok if you use another kind)
130g sugar
180g flour
150g unsalted butter
one lemon
cinnamon
7g vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 210ºC (410ºF).
Take the butter from the fridge so that it's at room temperature.
Peal and cut the apples in small chunks (2x2cm), and put them
in the mould. Add vanilla, cinnamon and lemon (if you use
vanilla extract, you can also add a bit of sugar to make the
apples a bit caramelized). Mix the apples together.
In a bowl, mix the flour and the sugar. Then cut the butter in
small cubes and add it into the bowl. The next step is a bit more
complicated than the rest of the recipe, because you mustn't
mix the dough too much. Crumble everything with your
fingertips, delicately, until there is no cubes of butter left.
Spread the crumbles on the apples, and cook in the oven for 30-
40min, until the surface of the crumble is golden.

Suggestions
I like to eat it when it's a bit warm, not too hot, but it depends on your taste! And it's really good with vanilla ice cream...
