Instructions- Soak the fish in lemon juice for
one hour. Season with 2 tsp of Old Bay
seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and
tarragon leaves. Put 2 tbsp of butter in baking
dish and add 2 cups diced red and green
peppers. Place fish on top of butter and
peppers. Bake on 375° for 20-22 minutes or
until fish is flaky. Serve over yellow rice and
drizzle butter and pepper sauce (from bottom of
dish). Serve with steamed broccoli. Voila!
