Instructions- Fill a pot with 4-5 cups of
water, 2 smoked turkey necks, 1 cup of chopped
onions, 1 cup of chopped leeks, and 1 tbsp of
each of the following spices- Kosher salt,
freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder,
onion powder, and paprika. Bring to a boil. Add
16 oz of fresh green beans to the pot. Let boil
for 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat to low and let
simmer for 45 minutes to an hour. Voila!
