Microwave the veggie burgers for 30 seconds each.
Break up into small pieces and fry in a pan with
olive oil with the frozen veggies until they are
all almost completely cooked through.

Break eggs into a bowl and scramble together with
all of the seasonings and the shredded cheese.
Add egg mixture to pan with veggie burgers and
vegetables.

|
Cook scrambled egg mixture until done, thoroughly
mixing all ingredients together.

|
|
Divide egg mixture evenly between ten tortillas,
wrap the tortillas, and freeze. To eat, microwave
until heated all the way through (at least one and
a half minutes).
