Italian sausage, casings removed and formed into balls
Baby spinach
Olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a deep skillet. When the oil is hot, add garlic. Cook 1-
2 minutes, do not burn. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add
sausage balls and cook until browned.
Add vodka sauce and tortellini. Stir and combine. Bring to boil and
then lower to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until pasta
puffs up and it done.
Add spinach, stir in and wilt. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
